Hatley Detox
For some clients, the best support we can offer comes in the form of dual diagnosis mental health treatment. Dual diagnosis is appropriate when a client is struggling with both a co-occurring mental health disorder and addiction. In these instances, the client must receive adequate treatment for both the addiction and the co-occurring mental health disorder.
This is essential, because if the client receives treatment for addiction but the co-occurring mental health disorder is untreated, then when the client leaves our drug rehab center, they may continue to experience the symptoms of the co-occurring disorder. This is problematic because the client may return to substance abuse in an attempt to self-medicate the symptoms of the co-occurring disorder. By utilizing dual diagnosis mental health treatment, we can circumvent this unfortunate outcome by providing the client with comprehensive recovery treatment.

Dual Diagnosis
Another essential treatment we offer as part of our addiction recovery program is group therapy. During group therapy, you’ll take part in a discussion with your peers in the drug rehab center. This will give you the chance to share both your wisdom and your experiences with your fellow clients.
Holistic Approach
At first, you may be intimidated by the idea of speaking with your peers in a group setting. However, many clients soon come to find that group therapy is one of their favorite aspects of addiction recovery treatment. In fact, it is possible that the connections you make during group therapy will ultimately prove to be the foundations for an ongoing network of sober support during your recovery journey.
